As a consumer, you have rights under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act for defects in goods. Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.

Contact us first at brand.eleftheria@gmail.com with your order number, description, and photos. We will assess the case and reply with instructions.

If unsatisfied, consumers may also contact ARN after contacting us.
