By purchasing from Clean Tech Sweden AB, you accept these terms. We sell to consumers and businesses under applicable Swedish law.

Prices are shown in the store and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout (processed by our payment provider). A contract is binding once you receive an order confirmation.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by third parties (e.g. carriers, payment providers, or force majeure). Our liability is otherwise limited to mandatory law.

Disputes should first be resolved by contact. Consumers may use the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies.
