Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods (Swedish Distance Contracts Act). Notify us within this period at brand.eleftheria@gmail.com.

Goods should be returned in substantially unchanged condition, packed securely. You bear direct return costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law for defective goods.

Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the goods or you proving they were sent back, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods, sealed hygiene products once opened, or other statutory exceptions.
